E-Commerce Tools provides text-generation utilities for ecommerce operations. When you use the service, you may submit structured product briefs and receive generated copy. This page explains what data may be processed and what the service is not designed to store.
Prompt text and generated output
We process the text you submit so the service can generate titles, descriptions, keyword suggestions, and related ecommerce copy outputs.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, protected health information, secrets, payment data, or other content you would not want handled by an external model provider.
Service providers
Generation requests may pass through hosting, logging, or AI providers that help operate E-Commerce Tools. Those providers may process request content only as needed to deliver the service, maintain reliability, investigate abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.
E-Commerce Tools is intended for ecommerce drafting workflows, not as a permanent storage layer for proprietary datasets.
Operational data
- IP address, user agent, timestamps, response codes, and abuse-prevention counters
- Basic usage totals, request failures, and rate-limit events used to keep the public API stable
- Billing metadata only if paid plans or usage packs are introduced later
Cookies and browser storage
The site may store essential interface preferences, including your language preference and limited continuity data required for abuse prevention.
We do not frame the product as an advertising or behavioral profiling system built around your prompts.
Retention
Raw request content should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver responses, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements.
Once output is copied into your own systems, local storage, exports, and screenshots remain under your control.
